Hey there, I'm Kristina

I've always had a passion for health and fitness, and after being diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism over a year ago, I began living a completely gluten-free and low glycemic index lifestyle. That, along with my love for helping people and creating clean alternatives to less-than-healthy foods, caused me to start Cooking with Kristina! I enjoyed it so much that I decided to pursue my passion full-time…so I took a huge leap of faith and resigned from my full-time job in financial services to focus all of my efforts on CWK.

I'm always creating new recipes, experimenting with different nontoxic products, and trying new workouts so I can continue to share them with all of you!

I'm also passionate about helping others pursue their passion and turn it into a full-time reality. For those that are interested in growing and monetizing their Instagram, I offer online training courses, and 1x1 customized coaching!
