Breakfast Quinoa with Collagen

(gluten-free)

Mixing it up this morning with some breakfast quinoa. 😍

  • Cooked one serving of quinoa
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Sports Research collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp Sports Research MCT oil
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • stevia to taste (of substitute with fruit of choice)

I topped mine off with almonds, almond butter and an Eating Evolved chocolate coconut butter cup. Stick it in the fridge and you are good to go for the next morning!
